Yoga for Equestrians. Improve your posture to improve your horsemanship. Polly is inviting you to join her as part of your weekly training on Tuesdays at 11am each week.

During this hour you will practice yoga for body, mind and equine and focus on poses to improve your horsemanship. From our fingers to our heels, we can become more aware of our bodies to improve skill.

This type of practice has the ability to help you with self empowerment, confidence, connection & feel.

Learn ways to have more awareness, breathe through challenges, improve balance in the saddle, as well as strength & flexibility.

The results can be an even more rewarding experience with your horse.

After over 20 years experience holding space in the healing and natural medicine field Polly is bringing this experience into her Tuesday morning sessions. (No experience is needed.)

These sessions in our beautiful bell tent here at Wild Root will allow you to be in the present moment, tune into your own body, and get out of your head, while remaining curious. You will leave feeling grounded, restored, calm, relaxed, happy, positive, with more self- belief and trust in yourself.

And where better to explore this than in the supportive community that Wild Root has become.

Polly will be offering these sessions to book in 4 week blocks as you build on the flow each week. This block will be held 11:00-12:00 on:

  • 31st May

  • 7th June

  • 14th June

  • 21st June

Investment = £35 for 4 sessions. £10 for individual sessions.
You will also receive 10% off food in the cafe following your session in the bell tent.
