What Can Reiki do?
Reiki creates a sense of calm and peacefulness, thus promoting health on all levels, physical, emotional, mental &spiritual.
It reduce symptoms, detoxes the body, increases stamina & energy.

Reiki 1 Training
Level 1 is an initiation into the Reiki energy with a lot of emphasis placed on self healing to help you to work through your own obstacles.
Course Content
You will learn about the history of Reiki
You will have full lineage from myself back to Usui
We will discuss the Principles of Reiki and how to apply them
We will practise intention setting, meditation & Reiki
You will receive 4 Reiki attunements
You will learn how to practise Reiki on yourself as well as on another person ( you will do this during the course)
How to do a short treatment
You will learn how to ground, protect and cleanse auras
We will talk about the Chakra system and other creative ways to use Reiki eg: goal setting, affirmations, plants, & animals
We will learn how to make our Reiki strong
You will receive a full course manual and a certificate which will enable you to insure yourself as a reiki1 practitioner.
You will have home study to do for 21 days following the course.
No prior experience is needed to learn Reiki
The course will run from 10-5pm and will be followed up 3 weeks later with myself.
Investment: £300 on a 121 basis ( £150 deposit required to confirm) or
£175 per person for small groups (£100 deposit required to hold your space)
