Yoga Brunch with Megan Marcelle

Join Charlie and Megan (@meganmarcelleyoga) for summer time yoga brunch like no other!

Megan will guide you in a 1 hour 30 minute yin and yang yoga flow with Tibetan bowls, meditation and breathwork followed by an abundant 3 course plant-based brunch prepared for you by Charlie and the Wild Root team.

The last 12 months have been tough, haven’t they? Many of us are suffering mentally more then anything because after all, humans are not made to be locked away and separated! We need each other. Hopefully, everything is getting back to some sort of normality now, but as we to adjust.

Charlie and Megan have come up with this yoga brunch as a way to help you re-connect with yourself, with other like-minded people and to re-energise us all ready for the months ahead.
