The event will take place at Wild Root featuring the amazing products produced on site by The Fermentation Station.

This Valentines Day Supper Club is a celebration of all things natural, vibrant, and alive. At the heart of our menu is the ancient art of fermentation, transforming humble ingredients into dishes bursting with complexity and depth.

Every dish showcases the beauty of plants – from creamy cashew cheese to tangy fermented vegetables – proving that vegetables can be as romantic and indulgent as any other ingredient. Whether you’re here with a partner, a friend, or treating yourself, we invite you to experience a plant-centric feast, lovingly crafted to nourish the body and delight the senses.

Your evening will begin with a handcrafted welcome cocktail designed to awaken your palate, followed by playful canapés to set the tone for what’s to come. From there, each course will unfold a story of fermentation, from tangy starters to hearty mains, ending with a decadent dessert and a perfectly paired cashew cheese course.
